Terms and Conditions

– Check-in from 1 pm to 8 pm

– Check out before 10 am

– Payments: After booking we ask for a deposit of 50%, the rest is paid in cash upon arrival.

- Tourist tax € 3.30 per person per night.

- You pay a deposit of € 100, -, which you will receive back at check-out after everything has been left tidy.

– You will receive a refund of the deposit minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in before 12:00 CET (Central European Time). If canceled less than 30 days before check-in, you will not receive a refund.

- Formula 1 bookings cannot be cancelled.

– A smoking ban applies throughout the house.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Our house is not suitable for children. 

- Price on request.
